Just having a so so week. Weight went up a pound and a half, so I am feeling a bit defeated.  Doing my AM shakes, veggie lunch and normal dinners, but have had evening cravings that I caved into.  Only got out once this week to walk.  Need to get my head back into the game and figure out what to add to keep me motivated.
Hope everyone has a great week end and is having better luck than I am. NOT giving up, just having myself a little pity party.

I am having the same issues. Want snacks at night and do the pity part thing too. We are hear to cheer you on! You got this and are doing so great! I started eating the little mini oranges at night. That seems to be what works for me for a snack since I can't stop thinking about eating something once I sit to relax at night. Not sure where I got that habit from!
