Not a good week for me. Ate out to many times last week, just one of those weeks.  So this week I will be having better more healthy meals.  Sent the dreaded scale picture off to Annie.  Not happy with the weight this week but I have lost inches so excited about that.  I have almost reached the goal of where I want to be so now it is just maintaining it.

just a short blog. did my friday morning weigh in and have lost another 2 pounds, so feeling pretty good about myself.  changed a few things up with my eating and trying harder to get out a do some walking everyday, so it must be working. When I started this journey in Oct. my goal was to loose 20 pounds and I have now reached 21 pounds.  If I can get 5 more off I will be at a weight that I haven't seen in 10 years.  Hope you all are doing well, have a great week end.

I am finding it harder to blog.  I have just been in a bit of a slump. Weight is just staying the same, really haven't had much motivation to do anything.  Have not really been eating as well as I had been and don't know why.  Think this month is going to be hard for me.  I will be finally getting my injection for my back pain on Thursday next week, so hoping that will improve my mood and get me back into the swing of things.  Wishing everyone a good last month of this challenge.

Not been such a great week, taking care of my sick 1 1/2 year old grand daughter last week, then I got sick too.  Felt so crummy for 5 days that I really don't remember what or when I ate, let alone ate anything healthy. But woke up this morning finally feeling a bit back to normal and started my morning off with my Vi shake and my veggie lunch and if its not to windy will walk to pick my grand son up from school today.  I think I have or am learning to not set to long of goals for myself, just gotta do a week at a time, seems to work better for me. Still hoping to get these last 10 pounds gone, so will continue to drink my shakes, eat healthy and move myself more often (I don't like the word exercise, lol).  Wishing you all good health and happiness every day.

Having a better week, paying more attention to what I put in my mouth and drinking more water. Trying not to be so obsessed with the scale and only going to weigh on Fridays.  Glad we are getting much needed rain, but not getting myself out for walks.  Someone suggested I get myself a "Spin Gym:" as it is an easy in door exercise. Any of you ladies heard of these or tried one.  Guess you get them off the home shopping network, might check it out.  Still waiting for insurance to authorize my injection for my neck pain and hoping once that pain in under control I will get better with my moving about more.  Hope you all are having success with your challenges  Have a wonderful week.

Why am I still struggling, I really do want to lose the weight, but it is frustrating when you feel you are trying your best and see no changes.  The last 2 weeks I go up a pound or two then lose a pound or two, so basically staying the same weight.  Was very happy from Oct. to Dec. when I lost 12 pounds, then Jan. only lost a pound, and now just seem to be stuck.  Sorry I have no incouraging news for anyone.  Not giving up, just feeling a bit defeated, guess we all have those times.  Maybe need to set smaller goals for myself. Hope you all are having better days.

Oh the dreaded weigh in this morning. Well I did it and got the picture sent off the Annie.  Not the # I wanted to see, but then not as bad as I thought it would be either.  My hubby took me out on Valentines for a yummy Mexican dinner and cocktails (bad) and then on Sunday went to the movies with my sister and had popcorn and a soda (bad, bad, bad).  But today I am determined to have a good week, power of positive thinking.  Hoping my injection for my back/neck pain is scheduled soon so I can get back to moving a little more.   To those of you that are going to exercise classes, yoga, running, etc. "way to go".   Hope everyone has an awesome week.
