So far September has been a difficult month. I have not been exercising much at all. Just to much going on in my life so it is easy to make excuses as to why I am not exercising or watching what I eat. We (my husband and our best friends Janis and Forrest) are leaving for Maui for a 10 day getaway on Monday the 27th. So looking forward to getting away and leaving my worries behind for a bit.
My goal is to when we get back (because I know while we are gone I will be eating to much, drinking to much and NOT exercising) is to get back on track. Hopefully all the stuff that has been going on will be settled down and October will be a new start. Need to eat healthier, drink more water and work out for at least an hour a day 5 days a week, we all need a break one or two days a week, right?
Hope everyone is keeping up on their goals. Fall is finally here and I want to have a better out look on life.
I will check back in in about 2 weeks.

PS: My weight this week was 176.4, so I have gained a tiny bit.

Sorry to hear about your month. Vacation sounds to be just in time! Have a great time!! We will all be here when you get back!
So you still haven't found a way to sneak me with you? Dang! October will be a better month. Once you start reading all the blogs when you get back you will get energized again. Maybe I can lose some weight while you are gone. You know how we like a little competition with each other. I say that after I eat cheesecake tonight.
